The hotel is conveniently located in the clock tower building facing the Haram. The room are specious and very clean. Staff are very friendly. Although the area is very busy, the hotel managed the crowd effectively. The only problem I faced is no enough elevators to serve the crowd and I have to wait for long tone especially during the prayer times rush hours.

This was my 2nd time staying at Swissôtel Makkah. I have to admit, this is by far the best option if you are travelling with family or elders. It is just seconds away from the Masjid Haram and you can get to the Clock tower from the inside of the hotel. I love their professional service, daily room cleaning and amazing buffet style breakfast. Inshallah, If I ever travel for Umrah again, Swissôtel Makkah is where I will be staying. I don't even bother looking at other hotels. A+ honestly.

Very close to the Haram. Attached to mall for easy shopping and food. The elevators get busy at times, but it’s not a major inconvenience. The rooms are very clean and modern . Will surely stay again.
