Very well appointed room but the AC was not functioning on our floor so we had to cope with a noisy portable cooler. They promised a reduction of the cost of the room not yet confirmed in writing. The Hotel is an architectural feast for the eyes.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín. The décor is breathtaking, modern, artistic, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The service was truly out of this world. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel special. The location is also perfect, close to everything, yet still feels like a stylish escape. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

The breakfast was great , service was great . Hotel is on a prime location in Provenza area , walkable to all restaurants. We had a bit of issue on our AC in the room but we managed it . Beautiful hotel
