I was very disappointed that I ordered a double bedroom and I’m given a triple bed I did not request this hotel said no other rooms available . I then didn’t get no room cleaned through out my whole stay . Had to ask for fresh towels . Bathroom condition is disgusting mould in the side of shower area. Not spacious enough as 3 beds took all the space . Had to ask for fresh water nothing felt like we was guest . Poor service poor condition of room poor experience all in all not happy at all

we like the service , food , Friendly staff. close distance to Masjid (Rawda side) far for women side so a shuttle service is a blessing , room carpets and hallway areas need a change busy hotel making lot of money specially in Ramadan and Hajj so they can spend some to improve it . The worst hotel

This hotel has to be the worse hotel I ever stayed in !!! Avoid like plaque The room is dated stinks of smoking smell filthy carpet filthy bathrooms The staff are rude with horrible attitude Staff look miserable overworked burned out I hated every second Went for the dinner once and I couldn’t find anything to eat May be the positive reviews for this hotel come from people never stayed in a good hotel or never being in a hotel in their lives This hotel is zero value for money Nothing good about it Stay away

Average

While it was only one night, the hotel was extremely expensive for what it had to offer. It was very average at best and wasn’t clean, modern, or good enough to justify the price. It was in an excellent location though, but I really would not book here again just based on that as it felt like it wasn’t worth the price. Upgrades are needed in general around the hotel. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it just wasn’t an amazing one.
