The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel was generally tidy. The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was mediocre. This hotel is quite far from Masjid al Nabawi, it would take about 40+ minutes to walk there, and the shuttle does not run that often. We often had to take taxis that would cost us 30-40 SAR for one way. Overall the hotel was fine.
