Chambre très jolie mais literie trop dur pas confortable il manquais un store car cassé pas remplacé lumières extérieures éclairant la chambre comme en plein jour et vue imprenable de l intérieur de la chambre depuis le parking que dire de l isolation phonique datant de 1977 age du bâtiment merci les boules quies comme par hasard mis à notre disposition on entendait bien les ronflements de la chambre. Restaurant très joliment décoré personnels très sympathiques fraîcheur de la salade du tartare de bœuf confirmée par la petite chenille vivante toute verte et perdue dans la salade le reste du repas top.

Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir satisfait tous vos attentes concernant nos services et nous nous excusons pour le manque de communication concernant les stores, que nous attendions depuis un certain temps en raison de problèmes de livraison. Nous avons malheureusement omis de vous proposer de manière proactive la possibilité de fermer les volets. Bien entendu, nous nous excusons également pour l'inattention commise lors du lavage de la salade et nous vous remercions de nous l'avoir signalé. Sehr schöne Hotelanlage.Der Spa bereich sehr schön eingerichtet aber ich empfand in etwas zu klein bei so vielen Gästen.Das allerbeste war das Frühstück.Eine qualität sondergleichen.

Der Spabereich ist relativ eng gebaut, die Liegen waren trotz Beschränkung alle besetzt, die Sauna voll etc. Für uns eher enttäuschend, hier gibt es auf dem Markt für den Preis sicher bessere Spa Möglichkeiten

Hier findet man sehr viel Ruhe und Erholung

Pros: Die Ruhe und die Bedienung allgemein, vor allem in den Restaurants
Cons: Vielleicht die Abwicklung beim Check-out -könnte besser sein.
Location: Es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung am See. Meiner Meinung nach ist es nicht nötig etwas zu unternehmen, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.
Vor allem die Mitarbeitenden in den Restaurants und im Spa-Bereich sind ausserordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Gehen auf die Wünsche und Anliegen ein, respektieren aber auch eine gewisse Distanz.
