Very convenient location to Southern Cross Train Station, Marvel Stadium and a short walk to the Casino. Plenty of food options around. Staff good. Just be aware that if you want a chair in your room to sit on (standard rooms) you will need to request one.

The only thing I could say the rooms need safes and when we went for breakfast the table we picked had been used when they come to give us clean knife and forks. They didn’t wipe the tables down which I watched when they were resetting other tables and told one of the girls off because she got a knife and fork out of the drawer under the toaster.

This was my second stay at this Hotel, the first time I was given an upgrade to a Premier room and was very happy with the accommodation, however this time had a standard room and have to say the decor was tired and the bathroom was very small. Also had loud noise of goods being delivered in the room above mine at 6.am. There is a big difference in the 2 types of room so I would recommend having the premium accommodation if possible. Staff were friendly and helpful, all amenities were clean. The situation is ideal for my purposes being only a few steps from Southern Cross station and close to tram stops.

I liked my stay at Batman on Collins. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were well trained, very pleasant to converse with and knowledgeable about the city. If I had to say anything it would be the bathroom was very small and there was absolutely no spare room to put clothes etc because the hand basin was outside the bathroom. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.

An okay place to stay

Hotel was very conveniently located right across the road from Southern Cross railway station. I was allocated a room with disabled facilities (even though I am not disabled) so it was large. The bed was comfortable. My main problem was the air conditioner could not be regulated and was very cold. Reading showed 13degrees.
