The location of this property is excellent for transportation, being near everything that people would want to do in Melbourne. Staff was delightful readily helped me. I loved my room. I even got a large bathtub which was great for me. And they have a small gym. They have a restaurant. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would recommend it all.

Excellent stay. The staff were great, the room was good - quiet and clean - and the location is perfect; actually it couldn’t be more central. The only watch-out is the listed address isn’t quite right: the hotel entrance is actually down the side street (Equitable Place). There’s an unlit sign informing you of this, displayed on Little Collins Street, which is useless in the dark. Easily corrected, I’d have thought.

Could be a lot better.

Stayed one night. One thing that is very unusual about this hotel is that they take a $100 deposit at check in. This sum is deducted from your account and you have to wait a month before you get it back. This arrangement is very different to most other hotels. The room was dated and room decor is basic. From a positive point of view, staff were very helpful in dealing with left luggage.

Great location and value

Clean, comfortable rooms right in the centre of the city. Nothing fancy, and no view from the room, but everything is neat and tidy, rooms serviced daily, and always helpful staff at the front desk.
