Our check in was supposedtobe2 but when we arrived they said the people before us checked out late so we have to wait till they finish . I asked to know what number is our house they said they don't know . We waited till 3:30 and i had my kid that has special needs that i informed them about but they said we still have to wait . I asked for how long they said they don't know . The room had spider webs , ant trails up from the entrance door to the side window . Very upsetting because we had come driving from Adelaide and wanted to relax . Will never recommend. Plus the staff didn't even offer late check out . They said if your gonna be late to check out that's not excepted because we have to be informed before

Place seemed nice enough but the pool was "Closed for maintenance" the whole time we stayed but no mention of this at check-in or any offer of a discount. When you try to book somewhere with a pool for the kids this is really annoying. This place is right on a busy road with a big wall and tree's but still very loud over night. Seemed the second night had a flight path change with lots of very low planes flying over.
