The quality of this hotel is the reason I am a Hilton silver member. The room was very nice, over looked the city, bed and pillows very comfortable, staff have good customer service skills, restaurant and Bar in lobby, food was good.

Have stayed here numerous times, think it is a bit tired and needs a refresh. Love the location, staff were great, breakfast good options changed out some mornings. Housekeeping not consistent.

Close to trams, trains and St Kilda Road and the Arts Precinct, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and well-appointed and despite it being on Flinders St, we found it quiet!

Lovely friendly staff greeted us on our arrival with a delicious walnt choc chip cookie. Clean, tidy room but felt a little small (especially bathroom) compared to other hotels weve stayed in for the same price. Big, comfortable bed which was much appreciated after sttending a concert. Shame room services stops early as we would liked to have taken advantage of it when we got back. Brilliant, tasty and generous buffet breakfast!

Excellent location. Able to walk to all the Australian Open venues and the river walk area. Very pleasant environment and very safe. Highly recommend this accommodation!
