The room itself was clean, but had a really damp musty smell. Bathroom floor was filthy, shower mouldy & filthy too! Pillows were stained (under the pillow cases) but showed through the pillow cases. Looked like blood stains! Staff were lovely, when I got to speak with them, but check in & check out was super impersonal as it’s all done via a touch screen on your own!

Staff at check in and check out was excellent. The bathroom desperately needs attention. So much mildew/mold on white shower, did not look white any longer. Tile floor looks disgustingly dirty. Toilet paper holder broken. Bed was comfortable and seemed clean. I know the high price was due to Formula one happening while i was there, but for the price (almost $1000) it was extremely overpriced.

Location is great being only 2 minute walk to Southbank however Bathroom floor and shower tiles were so old and built up with grout mold, broken hair dryer, bathroom door didn’t close properly, no fan in the bathroom, no room service after 9pm but didn’t state it anyway, rooms were not sound proof. Very over priced for what you get. I requested 2 rooms on same level and upon check in, they were on different levels. Won’t be staying there again.

Good location, shame about the noise from the jack hammering over the road that started from 7am. Happy with the service, shower and bathroom a bit outdated but fit for purpose. Safe was flat with no battery so couldn’t put our belongings in there. Other than this the location was very central, rooms were pretty clean and staff were very nice.

Excellent location for what we needed. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Thought it was pretty bad form though that they wouldn’t except cash but then charged a credit card fee for using credit card when we had no choice!
