Good sized rooms, quiet and with nice view of city. Staff always helpful only annoying thing is having to catch 2 elevators each time, first elevator up to 5th floor reception then another to your room. Stayed for Australian Open and whilst a little out of town it’s only a 5 minute walk to the free shuttle to the city and Melbourne Park. Easier and cheaper to catch Ubers to this hotel due to being right off the freeway and avoiding city traffic. Handy being next to DFO but limited food/restaurant options nearby at night.

Property was good, the water pressure in shower could have been better and temperature took awhile to get right. The hand wash etc scent was not nice but okay. Bed was comfy, breakfast was great. The espresso tasted a little burnt. George at concierge was lovely as was all staff.
