I am really disappointed with this hotel. I requested a queen bed, but they pushed two single beds together, and I woke up with back pain. In Australia, you expect honesty, but this feels like a scam. The room was dirty, had no amenities, and not even drinking water. This is unacceptable.

Lovely stay with the kids at the Novotel. Comfortable rooms, parking at the exhibition was validated by the hotel. Breakfast was basic but great location to walk to Marvel stadium.

I had a good stay on business. Staff were friendly and helpful. All night a wall panel buzzed waking me up intermittently however this was not reported to staff so sorry to the next person who stays. Great location right near the water and entertainment

Position was excellent, close to all shops and convention centre. Just one small criticism, car parking area outside our room and floors below, someone was doing burnouts with the car that woke me up.
