The room we had had thin walls so we were disturbed by the noises and talking from nearby rooms. One other thing: the coffee in the am was good but the only snack was chewy granola bars.

Overall bad experience

Staff was extremely rude upon check in. Bed was terrible. Blinds in room could not be fully closed. Carpet was dirty and old. Room was extremely loud and couldn’t sleep

The location was good for theater access, the room was clean. Nice to have free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the morning, in the lobby. The only issue is that the hotel is older and had a plug in, through the window, very loud A/C unit. We turned it off. On top of that it rained and the rain poured on the A/C unit. Also very loud… Unfortunate. Now I know.

Old but not bad

The location was excellent and just a couple of blocks from Times Square. It is an older hotel and so some things about it are just because it is older. The elevators are slow and small. All of the outlets in our room were loose. Our charges just fell out of them. We tried every outlet and they were all loose. The rooms were spacious by New York standards. There were no coffee pots in the rooms which I would have liked. I felt it is reasonably priced for NY. So, I would stay there again.

The property was clean and in an excellent location. We were able to stash our bag in the hotel before check in so we did not have to carry them all day. However there was no breakfast, they only had coffee and tea.
