Bed was excellent, room was quiet, but the room was very dark. We were there for a week but there was no possibility to vacuum our room. The shower was impossible to regulate - too hot or too cold, and even more so at peak times. But on the whole a very comfy place, central and the staff were helpful and friendly, and that matters a lot to me.

Very nice! Stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment with fantastic views of the city. Well located, with a tram stop round the corner. Breakfast was good too - fairly basic but perfectly adequate. All in all we had a great stay - thank you to all at Avani Jazz Corner!

This was such a cool hotel. And what I mean is that it is cool in its design and comfort as well as if you are a jazz fan, this is blue note cool. Very spacious, clean, and super comfortable room, along with all the creature comforts and kind staff. Very close to many attractions that were all walkable. Loved it and would stay there again!

The property is so close to transport and within walking distance of eateries and the shopping mall. The free tram is just round the corner. We stayed there for 5 nights and will definitely go there again.

Tried to request Room service only to be told it wasnt available. We were planning a night in after a hectic day and was given some strange story about it not being available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had great view. Small bar fridge in room no freezer . Shower door was broken ask for maintenance to be fixed however was never done . Construction work next door during the day loud banging. Great value for Buffett breakfast if you pre book.

It was really good but the only down side was the hot water there wasnt any u had to run the shower for 5mins 10mins before there was any heat at all other then that it was a great stay

Sadly for the second time in a row check in has been a disaster. Upon going into our room we were surprised by a maintenance worker (no mention they would be in there) trying to fix one of the TVs. We said we would wait outside the room while they continued to try and fix it. It wasn't fixed, they then said they'd come back to see if it would work after an update but that didn't fix it either. After Avanti buying the hotel they seem to be downgrading items in the rooms. All new rooms have a small mini bar instead of the full fridge. The lounge is now one singular, very uncomfortable chair awkwardly in the corner (the lounge was still shown in the photos end upon asking the maintenance worker is no longer in the studio rooms). I used to gush about how much I enjoyed staying in this hotel to everyone that asked but it may not be my first pick any more after this visit.
