There was a weird smell in the hallway and in our room when we arrived. The carpet appears to be old and dirty. Linens on beds were stained. Pet friendly hotel and someone left their dog in room and dog was barking continuously. We thought we saw fleas in our room. Hotel located in a good location with dining and shopping options near. Not sure if I would book again.

Room was nice and clean but rooms are a bit dated and need to be renovated. Common areas were clean and area around the hotel was quiet except for when a train passes by. (Trains run throughout the city of Memphis so it is unavoidable). I wish I had them known that parking was seven dollars a night because I feel like that should be free. Doors lock after 10pm and you will have to use your room key to get in which I like for safety reasons.
