Our stay could not have been any better ... Our room was spacious and clean and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs providing clean towels and other amenities daily ... Every member of the hotel staff we interacted with was amazing always personable ... courteous and helpful ... We enjoyed dinner in each of the hotels three restaurants all of them were excellent and a unique culinary experience in it's own way ... We look forward to our next visit to the wonderful town of Merida and another enjoyable stay at the Villa Mercedes ... happy to offer this hotel and it's wonderful staff a five-star review ... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were fantastic, always ready to assist with smiles and professionalism. The valet service deserves special mention for being exceedingly informative and helpful, truly the best we’ve experienced. The breakfast was another highlight, earning a solid five stars for its variety and quality. Villa Mercedes Merida is a must-book hotel, and we cannot wait to return on our next visit.
