Super clean, modern, spacious. Comfortable beds, 24-hour room service, great food. Extremely kind and helpful staff. You have to find their office inside the airport, call them, and the shuttle bus driver will come in and find you and take you to the bus for the 5-minute drive to the hotel. This hotel is NOT walkable from the airport! But it is a great place to stay in Mexico City near the airport.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my trip spent outside of Mexico City. The shuttle from the airport terminal to the hotel was super convenient and drivers both ways were friendly and kind. Once renovations are completed, this location will be outstanding. I love that everything is updated in the rooms. Food is ok. Front desk is helpful and cordial. Cleaning could be more consistent. Configuration of the layout is confusing so you might feel like you’re walking in a circle forever trying to find your room, but you get used to it. I felt safe and comfortable here. Based on ease of booking and convenience, this hotel is worth the price.
