Lugar perfecto, si vas a vacacionar a la CDMX. Excelete ubicacion, 3 min de reforma, 2 min del metro. 15 a 20 min caminando del teatro telmex, de.la arena mexico, del museo de cera. La atencion perfecta.Los cuartos mejor de lo que esperabamos, super amplios con su salita independiente. Unico CON: La bañera, muy cumplicado entrar y salir, podria decir que hasta peligroso. Quiza si pusieran como un agarramamos mejoraria.

Maids mopped floor daily. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. One elevator is out, but remaining one is adequate. We could sometimes hear music from street, but it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake. Would stay here again.

You Get What You Pay For!! I’ll start with the good. The location truly can’t be beat. You’re surrounded by plenty of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and it’s close to public transit, which made getting around the city very convenient. For accessibility and things to do nearby, this hotel definitely delivers. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself is extremely dated and in serious need of upgrades. The bed and couch were both hard as a rock, making it difficult to get comfortable after a long day. There was only one operable elevator during my stay, and it held maybe 6–8 people at most, which meant long waits just to get to and from my room. The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. They weren’t particularly helpful, and when I tried to change hotels, I was told nothing could be done because I had already “checked in.” That left me stuck for the duration of my stay. All in all, I made it work, but as the review starts —you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for convenience and don’t mind sacrificing comfort, it might be fine. Otherwise, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Nice hotel in the heart of Zona Rosa. Hotel is a bit dated, but rooms are comfortable and service is good. Careful with the noise if you end up with a room facing outside, as the bars in the area play loud music every night until morning

Great location and the room was nice, but the area can be very loud late into the night. Maid service needs improvement as our room was not cleaned well during our stay. Rooftop only has some dusty chaises but from the pictures I thought there was a bar (my bad). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but they serve some of the worst coffee in the city. Luckily there is a coffee shop right next door.
