United Airlines messed up and forgot our luggage so coming to a hotel right next to the center, with all the basic toiletries in our room, and great manners from all staff upon arrival was a wonderful experience. Stunning hotel!

We loved our stay at this hotel, it's a beautiful building with stunning views of the Zocalo from the hotel restaurant. The room was very spacious and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Did not need parking but the location is ideal for shopping as well as experiencing the history of the City as well as archeologic digs within walking distance. Great meal choices and restaurants nearby as well as on the roof of the hotel.
