This property is certainly not a 5-star hotel. The service that I received from the Front Desk (especially Sebastian) is absolutely horrendous. This is our first stay and certainly our last time. We will certainly not come back and we certainly do not recommend this hotel.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!! The hospitality was excellent! It was my first time in Mexico & I really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to be back!
