The hotel is in historic district, within walking distance to most museums, monuments, and places you want to photograph. The staff were super nice. The room i was given looked like a hostal bedroom, with 3 beds. They need more electrical outlets.

Good place for the price

For the $60 CAD its a good bargain, builfing clean, rclean, location very good, my bed sheets was washed but had lots of stains on them, i requested new sheets they gave me 2, one of them had even more stains but the second one was new and clean. Reception always there is someone even at 3am. The zone fairly safe even at night. Very close to alooot of shopping areas.

They don’t have hairdryer if you stay with them don’t forget bring your own hairdryer. You can hear everything happing in the hotel. But luckily not the street.

They cancelled my booking without letting me know. I showed up and it was fully booked already. I had to pay out of pocket at a premium cost for another hotel. The receptionist was nice enough to let me sit in the lobby while I searched for another hotel.

All was best except the Plastic/paint/printing smell comes from adjacent shop is unbearable. Hats off to a receptionist, who is continuously standing in that smell. The smell is so strong it makes you breadth less . But no Smell in room, but reception and stairs have unbearable smell...

Room is specious without a chair, a table or a place to hang your cloth. If you are looking for a hotel with bathroom but NO WATER in the bathroom and seeing cockroaches day and night then you are at the right place! At night room is stuffy, the only window is on the top of door if open the window mosquitoes came in, if not suffocated. I asked for a fan from night one and I got it on my third night. On the third day morning there was NO WATER, luckily I was ready to go out. When I came back at night still NO WATER!!! Front desk told me water will be available at 11pm and never happen! Water came back next day morning with yellowish. I asked for a refund for the night cause I didn’t get what I pay for, they say they can only give me one more free night to stay in the hotel?! What am I going to do with a free night? I’m traveling I will not change my schedule just for a lousy hotel! Even worse on my 4th night water stop in the middle of shower.. On 5th night water stop again…. If you want to struggling with water every night this is a good place to go. I filed a complaint to Expedia, all they told me was “sorry you are on your own, nothing we ca do”. So if you want to book a hotel through EXPEDIA think twice. QUOTE from Expedia “Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. “ UNQUOTE
