It’s a very basic room with amenities. Sometimes the sheets would have weird stains. There was no running hot water to take a shower in. Just warm water for 2 min, so make it fast WiFi was only available in the lobby. Needs more hanging hooks or hangers.

Cuando llegue me comentaron que me cambiaron a una mejor habitación, estaba amplia pero con poco mobiliario. El piso se encuentra ligeramente levantado y no cuenta con pantalla de Tv.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado ya que queda cerca del centro e incluso tiene fácil acceso para tomar el metro. El servicio de limpieza estuvo bien y el personal muy respetuoso. El único inconveniente, a nuestro parecer, fue el wifi. Cuando uno es turista, lo que menos quiere es gastar sus datos móviles o el roaming durante la estadía para conservarlos cuando sale a recorrer la ciudad. Al regresar al hotel para descansar, no contar con un wifi funcional hizo que la experiencia no fuera tan cómoda.

Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, wifi, secadora de cabello ni aire acondicionado, cuentan con lo muy basico. El baño es bastante sencillo, y solo te ponen dos toallas , no dan toalla de manos, tuvimos un problema porque la habitación no tenia agua caliente y tardaron 2 horas para darnos otro cuarto. Es un edificio viejo que estan apenas acondicionando por lo que muchas zonas aun no están disponibles, el elevador es muy viejo y rechina mucho- La zona donde se ubica no es muy segura y hay mucho ruido y basura.
