When booking thru a 3rd party like this, breakfast does not move to computer system. 2nd reservation I paid $30 usd a day for breakfast and had to argue to get. Also, rooms are older and falling apart. We had to switch rooms the 2nd day. Not because our toilet door wouldn't open because the ceiling feel in, but later the room had an overwhelming sewage smell.

Wonderful view

Lovely spacious room with beautiful view of the pool and greenery. I loved the whole closet setup and storage toilet area. The food was great and all the staff were very acommodating.

Our experience was deeply disappointing! As we were celebrating both my husband’s birthday and our honeymoon, we chose this hotel based on its positive reviews and modern appeal. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues from the beginning to end of our stay. 1. Poor Communication Prior to Arrival: Before our arrival, I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times via phone and email to arrange a special massage for my husband. Despite my efforts, I received no response. I finally received a response just hours before our arrival from Guest Service Manager apologizing for the delay. However, the lack of timely communication was highly frustrating. I've never ever seen a hotel that doesn't answer the phone or emails EVER!! 2. Room Maintenance Issues: Upon checking in, we found that our room was not well maintained. The balcony sliding doors were cracked and hazardous, a loose screw protruded from the bathroom wall, and several lights were not functioning properly. These issues were concerning and disappointing, especially for a hotel of your reputation. 3. Air Conditioning Issues: The most significant issue, however, was with the air conditioning. On our entire stay the AC made loud popping noises and failed to cool the room. After contacting the front desk, an engineer was sent, but we were informed that nothing could be done. The hotel was sold out so they never changed our room. We did not sleep for 3 nights.

We had booked and paid for five nights in junoir suite. On arrival they told us there is no junoir suite available. We were put in a basic suite for two nights until we approached manager and finally got our suite on night three. We were promised refund for difference of junoir suite and basic room. 11 days later we have no refund and can’t contact hotel manager. No email address.

My fourth time staying at this property over the past five years and my last. Since my arrival I addressed the AC temperature issue, everyone had a different answer including the maintenance tech. Well it's regulated, you cannot turn the AC below 23.5c/74f, that's hot for someone from Arizona. Bad customer service, poor follow up and they do not care about the client. Please stay somewhere else in the vicinity.

The reason why I'm giving a 3 is because you can hear everything happening in the hallway and outside the hotel. The music was blasting and I couldn't sleep at all... very unconfortable. The shower drain was clogged and the whole bathroom was flooded. I understand that the hotel is a party zone such as the pink zone, however it will really help if the windows maybe were sound proof. Im not really happy with the experience to be honest.
