"Location, cleanliness and comfortability were excellent. Upon checking in, there was only one employee working the front desk. Only one of the computers was accepting credit cards. I would think at check-in time, a busy time of the day, there would be two people out front checking in visitors. This resulted in a long line of about 8 people deep. I waited in line at least 15 minutes to be checked in. Then, upon arriving at our 3rd floor room, our key cards didn't work. Instead of going back down to the lobby to wait in line again, we were lucky enough to find a housekeeping staff member on our floor and he let us into our room. We took care of the key cards after our return from dinner later that same evening."
