Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© un sĂ©jour pour une nuit dans cet hĂŽtel nous pensions passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour ça n'a pas Ă©tĂ© le cas le personnel trĂšs mal aimable aucun sourire nous avions rĂ©servĂ© la chambre Ă  partir de 13h nous avons dĂ» attendre deux heures avant d'avoir notre chambre de plus le rĂ©ceptionniste nous a fait la rĂ©flexion comme quoi nous avions rĂ©servĂ© sur votre site et que nous avions payĂ© pas cher ce ne sont pas des choses qui se disent, tout le personnel de l'hĂŽtel mal aimable Ă  part les animateurs, concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner il Ă©tait bon, cependant nous avons quand mĂȘme plus profitĂ© de la piscine ainsi que de la vue imprenable sur la mer, concernant la plage un accĂšs direct est prĂ©sent par contre les transats sont trop les uns Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des autres et la plage sale alors que c'est la plage privĂ©e de l'hĂŽtel.

Je vais dans cet hĂŽtel depuis 20 ans Malheureusement le covid et une nouvelle direction dont passes par la Lzz ai restauration n est plus Ă  niveau du tout. Au buffet dĂźner , qualitĂ© trĂšs moyenne. Il voudrait mieux moins de cher mzis de bonne qualitĂ© , viande caoutchouteuse , plats sans saveurs Le personnel qui Ă©tait si chaleureux a changĂ© et maintenant , c est «  limite aimable ». Exemple je n Ă©tais pas en all incluse mais veis dĂźner Ă  l hĂŽtel. Avant un bonsoir, j ai eu droit Ă  «  vous avez de quoi payer ? »  j ai bcp apprĂ©cie !!! Autre point, centrĂ© thalasso qui Ă©tait absolument formidable et que je recommandais Ă  toutes mes amies 
 Ă  Ă©viter. La femme a accueil pas aimable du tout. A cause du covid, courants d air partout

un bon séjour pour nous

A la lecture de quelques commentaire on pouvait hésiter, mais vraiment nous avons passé un excellent séjour, du personnel trÚs à l'écoute et trÚs gentille. Nous aurions plus à nous plaindre du comportement de certains clients irrespectueux du personnel, de la nourriture. Nous avions choisi une chambre piscine, qui effectivement ne voyait jamais le soleil, c'est sans doute bien quand il fait chaud, nous ne reprendrons pas, La nourriture, il y a une base qui ne varie pas salades, pates pizza ect mais il y a à tous les repas des plats différents et donc a qui est curieux de spécialités c'est parfait. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les services de la Thalasso

Pas un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles

L’hĂŽtel en soi a besoin d’entretien, je ne vais pas mettre tout le personnel dans le mĂȘme sac, mais la plupart des personnes sont trĂšs hautains, Ă  se demander qui sont les clients dans cet hĂŽtel. J’ai Ă©normĂ©ment voyagĂ© mais je n’ai jamais vu de tel service.. Quelques personnels sont gentils (les personnels cĂŽtĂ© cuisine dans le buffet, et 2/3 serveurs Ă  l’intĂ©rieur), les femmes de mĂ©nage sont superbes, cependant les serveurs en terrasse et le personnel de l’accueil sont trĂšs froids (une dame de l’accueil a raccrochĂ© au nez de mon compagnon car il l’a relancĂ© pour une chose qu’elle n’avait pas fait), les barmans te servent ce qu’ils souhaitent te servir mĂȘme si vous commander un cocktail en particulier (un exemple parmi tant d’autres, mon compagnon a commandĂ© un cocktail et le barman lui a donnĂ© le mĂȘme cocktail que le mien). Si vous demandez un service, attendez vous Ă  avoir ce que vous avez demandĂ© longtemps aprĂšs. Heureusement que nous avons bookĂ© la chambre swim up qui compense le tout, une chambre avec accĂšs direct sur une piscine privĂ©e, par contre la clim marche Ă  peine et fait un bruit. La plage n’est pas du tout jolie, manque d’entretien, dommage pour leur emplacement. Ce n’est pas un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles, c’est un 3 Ă©toiles pour moi. Nous arrivons dans un hotel classĂ© 5 Ă©toiles : dĂ©ception, ce n'est qu'un 3 Ă©toiles + ou 4 Ă©toiles -. CotĂ© chambre : par chance, nous sommes dans l'aile rĂ©novĂ©e. Les 2 chambres que nous avons sont situĂ©es au dernier Ă©tage, vue mer ,propres et spacieuses. Sauf que, veille du dĂ©part, la petite fenĂȘtre cotĂ© salon nous tombe dessus. Elle a Ă©tĂ© refaite mais pas les attaches qui sont rouillĂ©es. Nous prĂ©venons la rĂ©ception qui la fixe pour la nuit (la fenĂȘtre est lourde car bois + volets bois fixĂ©s dessus). Le matin nous passons Ă  la rĂ©ception, qui propose de la fixer. Oh oui, car la veille, le gars nous a dit qu'avec le poids ça ne tiendrait pas. Mais nous demandons Ă  parler au responsable. Qui visiblement ne se rend pas comte que c'est grave. Nous demandons Ă  parler au directeur. On nous invite Ă  nous asseoir mais celui ci ne vient pas. Puis nous le voyons dĂ©ambuler dans le hall. Nous l'interpellons. Il ne semble pas au courant mais en Ă©coutant notre histoire dit finalement qu'il a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu mais que peut il faire? Nous lui expliquons que c'est grave, heureusement la vitre n'a pas Ă©clatĂ©e mais la fenĂȘtre nous est tombĂ©e dessus. Et alors? c'est rĂ©parĂ©. OĂč est le problĂšme... Le client n'est pas soignĂ© ici. Le danger, pas de problĂšme tant que cela ne saigne pas. CotĂ© nourriture, bon petit dĂ©jeuner, repas correct mais pas digne d'un 5 Ă©toiles. Animation proche de 0. Bon séjour globalement

TrÚs bon séjour dans cet hÎtel. Chambre trÚs sympa avec accÚs à une piscine. Cuisine trÚs bonne. Animation moyen, Café maure trÚs agréable avec le petit thé à la menthe. Animateurs sympa, les gens sur place trÚs sympa. Bémol du séjour lors du départ, quand le réceptionniste nous a bloqué l'accÚs de l'hÎtel, sous prétexte qu'on s'en allait (seulement 1/2 qui s'en allait) et qui n'a rien écouté. Vraiment dommage d'avoir une mauvaise expérience lors du départ alors que le séjour s'était globalement bien passé.

Connaissant cet hotel pour y avoir sejournĂ© plusieurs fois,j'avais entendu dire qu'il avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© ,effectivement il y a eu quelques travaux (trĂšs minimes),mais le pire c'est la restauration ,les restaurants Ă  la carte n'existent plus oĂč alors c'est des sandwichs ,les buffets c'est trĂšs limite quand Ă  l'avant dernier soir j'ai du debarrasser moi mĂȘme une table (ayant demandĂ© avant Ă  un serveur qui m'a envoyĂ© bouler )pour pouvoir manger avec mon epouse et il n'y avait plus rien aux buffet(pas renouvelĂ© ) c'est un desastre je ne pense pas retourner un jour dans cet hotel

Vert nice hotel. The reception staff checked us in at about 10 am which was very nice of them. The breakfastvwas excellentvwith great selection of nice food. Rooms are sea view and very comfortable
