We’ve stayed at this facility regularly, even when it was the Hilton . The rooms are of reasonable size, the air con works very well and so does the fridge. Undercover parking for the car is a bonus and the grounds are very well kept. The bed was comfortable and the tv size has been updated . The bathroom is a good size, however attention to the mold in the shower would be good. Breakfast was rather average, most of the hot items were cold. The bar/ restaurant staff are extremely helpful.

The free shuttle bus to the airport is a great service, but we didn't realise how important it is to book spaces in advance until after the reservation was complete. The hotel facilities are very good, and the restaurant staff is extremely helpful. However, the restaurant gets very busy in the evenings and as there is not enough staff the service can be too slow. although the reception staff is very friendly, all the requests I made (a couple of coat hangers, the courtesy bottle of water, etc), which were promptly confirmed, were never delivered. Finally, the cleaning service was disappointing: one day we didn't have a bath towel, the next we didn't get a floor mat, and there were no hand towels on the following day.

Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety or flavor. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which made the overall atmosphere quite unwelcoming. Cleanliness was also below expectations — the room didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

No AC in room. Even after 2 technicians work on it. Very warm in the room. Had to change room late evening because of noise from adjacent room, very thin walls. Nice staff, tried their best, but didn't resolve the issues.
