Super convenient to stay here a night or two before flying out from Malpensa because the airport is a lot farther from Milan than one expects. The hotel was AMAZING

Very nice, comfortable and clean room. The one and only criticism I would have is that the pillows were extremely soft and not comfortable. I think we should have had an option for a firm pillow.

A bit expensive BUT , the convenience is undeniable! The staff was welcoming and helpful, and had our room ready for a substantially early check in ! The convenience of walking right out the door of the hotel into the Terminal was perfect for getting to an early flight !

OK, here’s the good and the bad:. The good, it’s a Sheraton and it is really clean and they have a great staff. Your room will be exactly what you are expecting. The location could not be better if you have to catch an early flight out of Malpensa. I felt very relaxed sleeping there. Did not try out the restaurant or any of the other amenities. The bad: the hotel is very long because it is right next to an airport terminal. I understand the design choices necessary for that. However, most of us have wheels on the bottom of our luggage and the carpeting on all the floors is not conducive to rolling your bag anywhere. When you’ve had a very long weekend in Italy and you’re tired, it’s difficult to be on the struggle bus dragging your luggage to your room when it’s a quarter mile from the elevator. Other than that, everything’s great.

We waited an hour for our bags to be brought to the room and they were not brought. I had to go down to the front desk to ask again and finally our luggage was brought to the room. Very poor service. Also, it was very difficult to find the phone umber of the front desk on the room phone. Service at the hotel restaurant was not good. The staff at the front desk, however, was very nice and answered our questions in a friendly manner.

9am transatlantic flight, so glad we stayed at airport. 15 minute walk to check baggage, went back to hotel for outstanding breakfast then checkout and easy walk to security and gate. There was some sort of train issue that delayed others on our flight who stayed at off airport hotel.

Our flight arrived late so the Sheraton was a perfect place to stay so we could start our journey fresh. The room was great and the beds were really comfortable. We ate at the hotel bar and the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Would stay again if flying out early or arriving late.
