Tryp is very convenient to the train station and Herald Square. Subway was right near it as well. Anything you need was very walkable. Hotel rooms are nice size and very clean.

We booked a room with two queen beds and one sofa bed for 5 people ( 2 adults 3 kids) Thank goodness the beds were king size because the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable,old, dirty sofa bed I ever seen in my life. Sheets had sooo much stains and the coverts were old and broken. Maids came every day to clean the room so we can’t complain about that, location was perfect for us but hard to sleep with all the noise from the streets. Hotel is close to the subway so was a plus for us.
