Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for families, mature travelers, and quiet work groups.
This is not a party house.
No parties, events, or gatherings with outside guests.
We ask all guests to be very mindful of noise, both during the day and at night. If you are looking for a lively, social, or late-night setting, this home will not be a good fit.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise low at all times, including daytime hours
No amplified music indoors or outdoors
There is a separate in-law unit below the living room (not included in this listing, with a private entrance).
For this reason, noise in the living room, dining area, and kitchen must be kept especially low during quiet hours.
Occupancy & Guest Fees (Important)
The base rate includes up to 6 guests
More than 6 guests: an additional $100 per day, per guest
No unregistered guests at any time
Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered at the time of booking.
Pets
Pet-friendly for well–house-trained pets only
A $100 pet fee per stay applies
Pets must not be left unattended
Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets
Parking & Arrival (Important)
Two designated parking spaces are available at the top of the driveway
No street parking — all roadside areas are private property
Do not use the neighbor’s driveway
Please veer RIGHT at the mailboxes to access our driveway.
Do NOT go up the driveway to the left.
If you have a third vehicle:
Please park it along the left side of our driveway, making sure not to block access to the carport, where a Jeep is parked and must be able to enter and exit at all times.
There is a small standalone building at the end of the driveway for owner storage only.
Access & Stairs
From the parking area, guests will walk up 15 stairs to reach the front deck and main entrance.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on one level once inside.

An open floor plan with natural pine-paneled walls
Hardwood and tile floors throughout most of the house
Multiple sofas near the fireplace
A desk and chair suitable for work or study
Dining area and a newly renovated kitchen
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Sleeping arrangements include:
Two king beds (one brand new in 2026)
One queen bed (2023)
One queen-size sofa bed in a bright, separate room
Both full bathrooms were fully renovated in 2023.
Location & Surroundings
The home sits on nearly half an acre at the end of a quiet road, offering privacy, forest views, sunny lawns, and a seasonal creek. There are no streetlights, making nights quite dark but ideal for stargazing.
Wildlife is common in the area, including deer, raccoons, coyotes, and birds of prey.
Guests are welcome to explore the backyard and follow the walking path leading to a quiet meditation spot, with direct access to open space adjoining Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
