super Lage, gepflegte Außenanlage, Badezimmer mittelmäßig, Haus war leider nur teilweise geputzt, Bettdecken und Kissen mit vielen Flecken, Deckel der Kaffekanne an der Kaffeemaschine abgebrochen, dreckige Töpfe im Schrank, Spinnweben an den Lampen und Fenstern, Fenster, Toilette und Waschbecken schmutzig... Sehr ärgerlich zum Urlaubsstart, Novasol wollte Putzfrau schicken, dann doch keine verfügbar... letzendlich mussten wir den Schmutz des Vormieters mit wegputzen. Betten sehr unbequem, 7 Tage Rückenschmerzen, Lampe im Bad defekt, Türgriffe defekt, Duschkopf und Toilettenpapierhalter selbst repariert, Novasol ist nicht zu empfehlen... die Art der Kommunikation ist nicht kundenfreundlich... trotz geschickter Fotos wurde behauptet, dass es keinen Schmutz gab, letztendlich wurden nach längerer E-Mail-Kommunikation 57,- Entschädigung angeboten... entschädigt in keiner Weise den Ärger und die Arbeit... Reaktion auf Reklamation besteht nur aus Abwimmeln des Kunden.
