Amazing hotel

The staff is friendly and accommodating to our needs. The pool is refreshing and enjoyable. The common areas are always extremely clean and accessible. The breakfast is amazing! They have plenty of options and they are fresh with an option to have things made to order. The only thing I am not a fan of is in the winter they crank the heat and the individual rooms do not have the option to set it to a comfortable setting. We asked for fans and that still didn’t help. We saw plenty of rooms open their door to circulate air which wasn’t an option for us. We just choose not to stay in the winter anymore. Which is sad because it’s one of the best hotels in the area.

I stayed in room 515. I stay at the Embassy anytime I’m in town.The staff is always friendly and lobby always clean and peaceful. However, I stayed there last month in the same exact room and the fridge didn’t work. Maintenance came replaced it within 20/30 minutes, the food we had sat out while this was going on and while it had to get cool we ended up throwing it away. Then I come back this month and stay in room 515 again went into the bathroom hair was all over the toilet and the toilet didn’t flush. I found housekeeping and the came and cleaned it instantly. Then I went down to the front desk and the sent maintenance up instantly. It was a busy night I understand however, I was disappointed when I saw all the hair all over the toilet makes me think what else wasn’t cleaned as it was very visible from the door of the bathroom. I took a video and showed it to the front desk. However, this will NOT stop me from booking a room next time I’m in town but I think the rooms need to be checked throughly. And by the way the toilet in room 515 even though maintenance came and fixed the issue you still have to hold the handle down for the toilet to actually flush.

We loved the size of the room; very spacious. Happy hour was great for adult. Snack options weren't good for kids. Breakfast lines very long; maybe understaffed. Bathroom was dirty. My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was very spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks offered in the afternoon. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
