2 of the mattresses had blood stains, the hot tub was pouring cold water in. The boiler is not working properly-or at least that’s what the front desk told us-so we had cold showers on Sunday morning

Walking down the hallway large African American men, which also had the stench of marijuana. At this point there was no one at the front door to monitor who was coming in or coming out or walking down the hallways. This was a mid-stop for my family and myself along with a 4-year-old and I did not feel safe at all on the premises. When my husband commented to the front door guy that the hallway smelled like marijuana all he stated was that he "sprayed a couple times." We had to request towels for the pool which was unlocked and didn't need the key from our room. This was the most unsafe and uncomfortable situation that I have needed to put my family at. Perfect place to stay during our WI snowstorm. Clean, quiet, and everyone was friendly. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had everything I needed. Nice lady made sure everyone was happy and everything was stocked and clean. Will definitely stay again if weather does not permit me to drive home.

Dissatisfied Visit - Would Not Recommend

I wanted to write about this disappointing experience. My son had a photoshoot at Kohl's so I wanted just something simple for a quick overnight stay. Check-in was just fine. Issue number one was the room and hotel itself. It looked NOTHING like the pictures. Our room had an unpleasant smell, everything was extremely aged outside of what was shown in the pictures. I was sitting on the bed and the mattress cover popped open and the mattress looked really bad. On top of that, that night at about midnight, the toilet stopped working and you couldn't flush. I have two small toddlers and did not want to wake them by asking someone to come. The options for the continental breakfast were very limited. Upon checkout we assumed a microwave was available to warm our food before our road trip. I asked the representative and he said no. I asked if I could quickly go back to our room, nastily. A woman that also worked there offered to let us use the staff. He said no and went back upstairs. He was very rude, unpleasant and not accommodating. How could you be that malicious to a mom wanting to feed her children as a PAYING customer. From the service to the false advertisement of the rooms and hotels pictured I will NOT be staying here again. And if you were thinking about it, I suggest you rethink a better option.

It was OK.

It was a nice place. My girls and I went to the pool at 8:30 a.m., and were told to leave because it didn't open until 9. I get that rules are rules, but it was 30 minutes. Other than that it was an ok stay.
