Great option downtown Milwaukee for visiting with a Marquette University student, close to everything and in a safe area. Friendly staff, great amenities, would not hesitate to book again!

I put in the Expedia request twice - 4 extra pillows earlier in the day Friday. 11 PM there were no extra pillows I had to call the front desk three times and waited about an hour for the pillows to come plus I asked for an extra blanket and they gave us just a sheet . Saturday morning we went to the front desk, saying please make up the room then when we got back at 2 o'clock the room was still not made up. Everyone just makes excuses for why things weren't done. There's not even a proper make up the room sign for us to put on the door. They said things got mixed up because we stayed another night. You know that doesn't even make sense. You should wanna please guests especially since we stayed another night. Then something about communication with housekeeping system down.

Overall we had a really great stay. My only issue with the room is that the nightstand areas on both sides of the bed were really dusty. We only had one couch chair for a 2 people stay. I would say there needs to be more seating. The outlets in the room didn't work properly. I had to charge my phone in the washroom. I will say that the staff is TOP NOTCH! We will definitely be staying there again on our future stays.

Could be good, but it’s changing

Couldn’t check in at check in time. Went and asked half hour later and desk clerk says “we have plenty of availability just on the higher floors.” This hotel is slowly going to seed imo. No soap at the bathroom sink, shower head barely spit out water, ceiling tiles in bathroom askew. It’s plain nothing has been done to the room in many years. Main thing this hotel has is location. And despite being a platinum status, nothing was offered like drink tickets etc as it was before.
