Booked twin room with two beds but got 1 double bed. Shower won't stop had to call reception to send somebody out. Not suitable for light sleeper as you can hear people staying in room above and could not sleep most of the night because of people walking in the room above. Breakfast should have been Buffet but it was order on the plate and staff not available to replace food items.

lovely clean modern hotel staff were all following to the rules with the covid 19 made you feel at ease .

I have stayed here afew times now and it's always been ok. But this time I was not happy at the amount I had to pay for parking and also the fire alarm went off and no one checked the room's or gave instructions on what to do as written on the bedroom door. Ithink they need to review there fire policy.
