My son got stuck in the elevator for an hour. The staff know that the second elevator was already not working and didn't inform guest. I was on the 8th floor, the highest floor. When I asked how do I get all my belonging down, there was no answer. I did run into a nice man that did work for the hotel and he helped me. (it took two trips) No one has contracted me about the incident and my refund has not come back. I have called the hotel and they just say someone will call you back. The other problem I had is, the hotel has a garage but only certain guest where allowed access even thought there was more then enough room. It was snowing and I had to park across the street. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone!!!

Room was beautiful, could use a little updating our TV didn't work in the bedroom, that made our stay less wonderful. In addition someone beat on our door and screaned and ran, i have a heart condition andvut caused me to consider911 it took my heart a while to regulate, my husband ran out and they wrre layghung this was reported but hotel did not off compensation. This was not our 1st stay here but was to worest

Perfect and convenient location, pleasant, informed, and willing to help staff, clean, everything exactly as described. Super comfy bed. Water could be warmer on the 7th floor, but could be just our room as a room above had hot water.
