We did not even end up staying. But because we booked through Expedia we could not be refunded. No hot tub. Carpet felt sticky and hard, couldn’t not wear shoes. Key cards were not working. Had to come down and back over 3 times. I will say the staff was friendly even if not very helpful. Which was probably not their fault.

Fine For Our Needs, But

This stay was perfect for what we needed; a place to sleep and recombobulate between activities and events. My only negatives were there were no extra blankets or towels available when we got caught outside during the severe storms that hit Milwaukee this weekend and were completely soaked. That and the person checking us in failed to understand that my booking was supposed to have changed to a cheaper price and they didn't want to figure out how to change it.

I requested a refrigerator when I reserved, and they did not have one for me. I had intentions on bringing back cheese and food from the state fair, but could not because I had no way to keep. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable.

Mold in the bathroom It appeared to look like throw up in the corner stand with a TV was, Along with different types of coins scattered Very much wear and tear with the furniture no refrigerator. The TV was very limited with channels not even able to watch the local news towels are beyond scratchy. They’ve seen better days. Employees are very nice. The place just needs updated and the cleaning needs to be much better.
