Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some furniture are dated and can use repairs but overall, still enjoyed our day. My daughters enjoyed the breakfast and pool. I liked that the room had a fan to drown out noise and it was a quiet and cozy room. Staff was friendly.

No warm breakfast. No chocolate milk. Pastries and muffins were good. Could have had more of a selection. Room was good but the first noght, could not use tv. It was on hdmi 1 and they had to use a remote to fix it. No one came that night. It was the next day. No microwave in the room. No dirty clothes bag in the room. Alex the front desk and waited on hold for over 5 min with out hearing from a person.

We did not like the TV guide, and it was not a smart TV so we could not use our streaming options. Also, we were in room 519 and room 521 was up at 6:00am talking and being quite loud. We called front desk, but it did not change - It was a bunch of women, and they were very loud. We were tired and we just wanted to sleep late. Thier door was propped open to the hallway.

The pictures of the hotel do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. There were stains on the blankets, a crushed cup in the drawer. The woodwork in the room was heavily scratched. The wallpaper was peeling. The carpet was wore. The bartender acted like she didn’t want to be there and the restaurant was closed. I would not recommend this hotel as we felt we were mislead by pictures, amenities and condition of hotel.

Definitely need a car to access things outside of the hotel, and the breakfast was very low quality. The room was not super spacious and we had some sticky stuff to clean on the nightstand and our iron didn’t work. The staff were very helpful to replace the iron and provide extra towels.
