I thought I was gonna have a nice view when I look at the window I saw was the alley they said I was gonna be up high, but I wasn’t. There’s no free breakfast. There’s no free parking and my toilet was running all night.

I did not receive any communication via text or call from 12pm, when I left my luggage due to the room not being ready, until 6:30pm. When I arrived at 6:30pm, the staff stated that my name was not on record. I found the front desk staff to be uncooperative even I showed my luggage tag from them!
