I loved how they persevered as much of the old brewer that was there first. The upgraded room was beautiful and fun to stay in. I am very disappointed in the restaurant as the service wait was long (nearly an hour) for the Friday night despite the lack of partons. The next morning even though we sat two booths down from were the wait staff was working and the only people in the restaurant we still didn't get service, after about 10 minutes we got up and left.

Great Stay in Historic Building

This is a hotel built within the historic Pabst Brewery. It offer a really cool and unique experience. Service was great! They even offer you a cup of beer when you check in. We would stay here again in the future.

Disappointed

I was excited to stay at the Brewhouse but was disappointed with the comfort of the bed. It was cery loud whenever we moved in the night. I also found it hard to sleep with the noise that is heard from the lobby being on the main floor. In the middle of the night we could here music from the lobby and any conversations.
