The property needs a maintenance update. Elevator doors slam open and closed, they are way out of adjustment. Facet for the shower was very hard to move. Took several tries to get it fixed. Toilet often would not refill until I took the top off and wiggled the fill valve. When it did fill it took up to 4 minutes. I made numerous maintenance requests but it was never fixed. Maids missed cleaning up the room one day after I requested service.

It took over 10 minutes to get someone to check us in as the front desk staff was on her smoke break out front. Room had a drink left in it on the window sill from the previous guest, tape left on the walls and filthy vent in the bathroom.

Weekend Trip

The jets for the hot tub weren't working which was a bummer. My room wasn't ready when I tried checking in at 8pm. I was so tired at that point I didn't complain. Staff was helpful to move me into a room I paid for the next day. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good hotel

Hotel was good. Nothing around other than Taco Bell and McDonald’s , isolated. Breakfast was good but very slow to fill up the food. Room was big. Pool was good.

Once a very nice hotel, the management is allowing the quality to slip. The carpets are stained, especially in the stairwells, and weeds in abundance are growing outside. Is still good inside, although a bathtub with rusting fixtures? It would not take much to bring the property back up to its former quality selft.
