This 1850 sq ft apartment is part of a duplex and has two large bedrooms (King and 1 queen) . 1 Full bathroom with tub/shower. Gourmet Chef's kitchen with 60' Wolf Stove and Double Refrigerators makes this a great place to entertain. Formal Dining Room for 10-12, with large bar area for entertaining. Large 60' HDTV with DirecTV with all channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc, except pay per view) and and gas fireplace in living room. 1300 sq ft deck in backyard with fire pit and year round Hot tub. Living room has a pull out queen sofa with a memory foam mattress, and I can provide an air mattress upon request that can sleep another two if needed. Off-street parking in driveway. Wireless Internet and Neflix included. Great High-End Neighborhood.
