Everything was great! Even the gym was nice. The only complaint I have is that I booked this place specifically because it had a hot tub but the hot tub didn't look very clean & like it needed a good scrub so I didn't end up getting in.

Front desk staff were great, very helpful. Shuttle to the hospital and clinic area is a very nice addition. Only the small parking lot is a negative. That’s understandable in such an urban location but still a drawback, especially in winter.

Room was nice. Parking easy. Hot tub was heavy on chlorine and burned my eyes so couldn’t stay long in it. Towels in bathroom were old/fraying and thin-my only real complaint. Breakfast very standard.
