The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and up to date. It was a really nice hotel. My only issue would be due to housekeeping coming once every other day, we ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex (but it wasn’t the end of the world)

Was very disappointed in this stay entirely. If this was our first time at a Hilton, we would never return. Our room wasn’t stocked. I was halfway through my shower when I realized the conditioner was bone dry. We also had to pay nearly FOURTY dollars for breakfast and it was completely ice cold, undercooked, and orange juice tasted spoiled. Room couldn’t cool off to the temp we set it at. Overall very disappointing and very unhappy with the price we paid for this place. I’d honestly like a refund because it’s ridiculous.

Multiple charges to my credit card AFTER I checked out I only ate dinner one night my bill was 74 I was charged 117 an that’s after they took 284 out of my card for incidentals they gave me 205 back but took another 74.

The parking situation was the only negative. There was nowhere to to self-park. We had to use valet or park somewhere on the street in downtown Minneapolis. This is the first time ive stayed at a hotel that had no parking lot for guests unless you paid for valet. The hotel itself was very nice, very clean and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant. Relaxed in the pool. Had a great night's sleep. And the Zero% shampoo and conditioner was a luxurious surprise! I always bring my own products , but Zero% was amzing. It felt great on my hair and skin and it smelled amazing! Overall, we had a great stay at the Downtown Hilton. The valet was quick and convenient after all.
