Our room was basically clean. The carpet should be cleaned, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Extra towels was nice.

The hotel didn’t have any wifi the entire week i was there which was ridiculous and it is true the sheets do have makeup stains and lord have mercy the amount of times i had to go get my card reactivated because the door wasn’t open for me was crazy but outside of all that everything else was completely fine and there and the parking was great and it was very quiet. Decent place to stay that is affordable and not rundown.

For the price it was more than expected.

Very clean and everything in good condition. Attractive room and lobby. Fridge and AC worked fine. Didn’t try microwave or tv. King bed was firm and comfortable. Towels were a good size and absorbent enough. Clean bedding. Single-serve coffee maker worked and coffee in lobby was good. Breakfast had waffle maker, potatos, sausage links, dry cereal, yogurt, toast and bagels. We had our dog with us for a nightly fee. (The Bloomington off-leash park is just a few miles south and very nice. 25 acres with woods and fields, not very busy.) We made two visits a week apart and both rooms were in same condition. They offer a shuttle to the airport and Mall of America. WiFi did not work on either visit. I took off one star for that. For the price the stay was more than expected.

Had to wait 10 minutes at 1:30 am to check-in behind one person without being acknowledged by staff. We had to request a different room once we got to the room because the sheets were very dirty (huge black stains and hair). Even the next room had a black stain on the sheets, but at least it was small. Very tired, older hotel. Coffee urn was empty and no clean tables at breakfast. Very disappointing stay.

Appreciated the hotel being punctual when it was time to go to the airport. We asked for our pick up time to be 5a and they told us to be in the lobby 10 minutes early. We we got off the elevator at 4:50a the driver was waiting for us and ready to go.
