Good stay!

I've stayed here twice because of their location. I'll start with the needs improvement: Both times the bath towels had some type of hair in them. The floors were sticky or dusty and could use a sweep. The remote for the TV didn't work and had no instructions. The parking lot is tight and it was sketchy at night if you park your car to the right of the hotel in the back lot. Neighbors can be quite noisy at times because of the thin walls. The water pressure seems low but received hot water so no issues. Looks like they're remodeling and making some improvements. Cleanliness could be better. They need to throw away stained sheets and towels. Would stay again because of it's location, price, and spacious room. Suite rooms come with small fridge, microwave, electric stove, and sink for dishes; although, no plates, cups, or utensils were available.

Weird experience

Weird experience…….. Hairs on the bed & pillows when we arrived to the room (pictured), the room reeked of cigarettes (STOP SMOKING IN HOTELS PEOPLE) we complained about it and the front desk guy just came in and sprayed air freshener lol (I mean what else do you do in that situation in his shoes to be fair) very thin walls (heard a lot of what was going on in the room next door to say the least), the stove/microwave area was filthy. It’s an extended stay hotel & there’s kind of a weird crowd here. Overall dissatisfied with this stay. The one okay part of the stay was the front desk guy is nice, but that doesn’t change how the room was gross and hotel is weird in general.

It’s not as bad as people say in the reviews. I was on the 4th floor for a week. This was an oversized king with kitchenette. The kitchenette doesn’t have any cooking wares or utensils so bring your own. It was clear that remodeling is going on. So maybe, down the road, they might get so things BUT there isn’t any dishwasher in the unit so it would be an inconvenience to housekeeping to clean the rooms AND your dishes. the 4th floor was clean and smelled good. I did have a nosey neighbor twice in my stay. One played music til 2 am on the first night but the second night, front desk was able to tell them to turn it off. The second was someone that snores REALLY loud. And the walls are THIN so be aware of that. You can hear conversations like they in the room with you. Housekeeping is provided daily from 10 am to 12 pm. Breakfast is 6 am to 9 am BUT I never went down for it but I did work overnight one day and was able to peek and well … I wouldn’t call it “breakfast” very limited to slice of bread and bagel. they have front desk 24/7. If they not at the desk, just call and they’ll answer and come. The entrance does smell like cigs or weed but that’s from people smoking outside and the wind blowing it back in. I would say the hotel should have people move further down to avoid this issue. Seems they don’t have a maintenance in-house so if something breaks, it takes a while to get it repaired. It’s honestly decent for the price. Might increase when remodel is done
