All the staff we encountered were very friendly and kind. The rooms we had were very clean. They have a kiddie pool and a regular pool, which is very handy with small children. Love SpringHill, but this stay stood out. Welcoming reception when we went to the wrong property. They confirmed for USA d helped with directions. Stalag at right hotel was also great.
