our room heating/ac was broken. was so hot when we arrived. maintenance couldnt fix it. room got up to 79.9°. checked in to room at around 5pm. couldnt get a new room until 9:30pm after having to keep calling as heat went up. (front desk person was great/kind and doing what she could.) just a bummer switching rooms was such a hassle and couldnt be accommodated sooner. We had plans and we had to be hot and sweaty for 4.5 hours as we got ready before leaving to go to our plans. (but hotel staff and maintenance staff were all very kind. was just unfortunate to have to be stressed and uncomfortable for that many hours before getting a new room.

The hotel was nice, clean and very modern on decor. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to help. My only complaint was the heat The heat was programmed at one temperature, but in trying to up the temp, it always returned to original temp. The room always felt cool and traveling with an elderly person it was hard to keep warm. They even changed the room and same thing happened. Next time I hope to visit in warmer weather.

It's been a very long time since I've been treated so good at a hotel. The front desk personnel was very heĺpful and went above and beyond to insure everything I needed I had. The cook came out and asked if he could get me anything and if breakfast met my standards or needed improvement. The room was clean, the staff was amazing including the cook, and the guard, at the door. They all made my stay the most pleasant experience I've had in a very long time.
