Had a good time. Close to shops and restaurants, Would not recommend for older adults with trouble with steps. The steps to get into the rooms are very tall, even on the lower level with only 2 steps. Other that that. Had a great time in Moab.

Room was a little small, but very clean. The shower pressure was way too strong, my wife dealt like it was removing her skin sometime. Besides that, everything was great.

Good location for Arches NP

We stayed here for two nights while we were visiting Arches NP. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It is an older hotel, but everything was clean and it suited our needs.

Bowen Motel was the ideal place for the four of us to share a room and take in the sights around Moab, UT. We enjoyed a one-day excursion to Arches National Park, and a one day tour of Canyonlands Park, both had excellent access to easy hiking trails. We loved the Sunset Jeep Tour with Dan Mick’s company, who picked us up at our motel. The motel is located near excellent shopping such as Rock/Fossil, Pagan, and delightful cafe of Sweet Cravings Bakery and Bistro. Our go-to place for dinner all three nights was within a few blocks of Bowen Motel, and that’s Antica Forma Italian Restaurant. Their food is fantastic! Bowen Motel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable, and this was affordable and convenient. Thanks for the memories!

Three couples stayed in the apartment. The location was perfect for walking Moab and driving to the various parks in the area. The apartment suited our needs well. The lodgings were not plush, but we did not require that. I recommend the Bowen.

Perfect location. We walked to restaurants for all our meals. Some very good choices. The room was clean and two recliners that we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable. Close to the parks.

Avoid room 204

Requested 1st floor got 2nd floor in a dark corner, room 204, quite possibly the worst location at the hotel. The air conditioner is a bit obnoxious noise wise. If you're able to get 1st floor on the south side it would be a whole different experience, including being able to park in front of your room without a steep angle for motorcycles.

Rooms were nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Our coffee maker did not work. Couldn't sleep because the people were tromping around upstairs for hours and there seems to be no insulation between floors to help with the noise.
