Best hotel we've stayed at so far. Very beautiful and has something for everyone. After a week at Savoy Palace we still felt like we didn't fully discover it all. Good reason to come back tho! All the staff were genuinely so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Really outstanding service and we felt so welcomed everywhere we went. Breakfast was honestly perfect. We truly felt at peace as everything we needed was near and available. However the rooms tend to be on a cooler side even when adjusted to max. heating. That would be perfect in summer but as we were visiting Savoy Palace in January we found the rooms a bit chilly. But I believe that could've been sorted if we've just let them know. This hotel deserves it's five stars and is a hotel I truly want to recommend to everyone! Thanks Savoy team for having us. ❤️

The staff were amazing, the food was amazing, my room was amazing and breakfast was amazing. My expectations were surpassed and I can't wait to come back again!

There are beautiful plans or flowers everywhere. The pools are great! breakfast is very good, the skybar has absolutely stunning view! everywhere in the hotel and surrounding are clean and all staffs are so friendly and willing to help! The only annoying thing for me is that when you leave the window open, it’s too loud from outside, all machines and cars! We would love to come back again 😊

18 Nächte über Weihnachten & Neujahr und an keinem Tag habe ich mich wirklich als Gast willkommen gefühlt. Der Service ist absolut ungenügend, unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Man fühlt sich eher als Störfaktor, statt als Gast, vor allem beim Frühstück. Von den Kellern wurde man nie begrüsst. Die Köche in der Show-Küche wirkten gestresst, auch wenn keine Leute warten. Die Lust, eine Eierspeise zu bestellen, vergeht einen hier ganz schnell. Eine Bestellung von O-Jus und Cappuccino brauchte zwei Anläufe und eine Wartezeit von mind. 15 Minuten. Teilweise musste man das Zweite nochmals bestellen, da es zu schwierig war, zwei Sachen zusammen zu bringen. Niemand kam auf die Idee, später nochmals nachzufragen, ob man nochmals etwas wünscht, zB. ein Jus oder Kaffee. Housekeeping ist weniger als nichts. 18 Tage wurde der (übrigens unhygienisch fleckige) Teppich NIE gesaugt. Fuseln & Krümel blieben die ganzen Tage mit mir im Zimmer. Die Gläser & Tassen wurden NIE ersetzt, höchstens kurz im Zimmer ausgespült.. nach drei Tagen hatte ich einen Hautausschlag um die Lippen. Äusserst unhygienisch! Ich meldete mein stetig wachsendes Unwohlsein in diesem Hotel. An der Reception war man entsetzt, meine Anmerkungen zu hören und versprach mir, dass sich das Management darum kümmern wird und mir ein Feedback gibt. Nun bin ich wieder zuhause und kein Mensch hat sich vor Ort gemeldet, um die schlechten Dienstleistungen zu besprechen. Mein Fazit: die können das eben gar nicht besser.

Das Savoy Palace ist noch nicht ganz fertig, aber als Gast merkt man davon nichts. Es werden rund um das Hotel neue Läden zum Shoppen eingerichtet. Was ganz bemerkenswert ist, ist das es einen Zugang über eine Brücke beim Pool zum Royal Savoy das direkt am Meer liegt gibt. Das muss man aber selber herausfinden. Beide Hotels gehören zur gleichen Gruppe. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war üppig und bot alles was der Magen vertragen konnte. Das Personal war steht’s freundliche und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Savoy Palace sofort wieder buchen.
