Fantastic pool; fairly good service. A little over the top on extras. For example ice: 5 Euro charge. The pool service was not good at all. I loved that they left little cards to give to a staff member with exceptional service but I didn’t find someone truly worthy. I would have given it to Bruno. He did save me a ton on my rental car. So please give it to Mr Bruno at the concierge. The partnership with their sister hotel for ocean access was fantastic. I would for sure stay here again. I was quite happy with it. Walking distance to everything.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and amenities. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Amazing views from the room out onto the sea. We went to Madeira, Porto, and Lisbon for our honeymoons and stayed at four different hotels during our visit, and the Savoy Palace was far and away the best hotel we stayed at. The room and view were both incredible and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool area. We’d absolutely stay here again if we come back to Madeira.

Can recommend the breakfast was top quality, we had an issue with our room but it was immediately sorted. Lovely hotel buildnin the cost of parking per night as there is not much off street parking near the hotel. We will come again in the end was worth the money
