Beautiful fully modern twin home completed in February 2021. Spacious living/dining area with large outdoor patio. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for trucks towing ATV/SCS trailers.

All of our promoted sleeping details are in actual bedrooms. No hide-a-beds or fold out sofas in the main living area. We want to provide a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. The main floor has 10 foot ceilings which provide a very open feel, and accentuate the phenomenal views.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Old Spanish Trail Arena. An outdoor pool, a hot tub, and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.

The place was perfect for our group of 7 people. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed siting outside taking in the view. I would rent again if we ever go to Moab again.

Our host called us to let us know the day before they had very high winds and dust and that they had the power and internet restored before we arrived. The house was amazing and very clean.
