Great place to stay in Moab! Staff is super friendly. I called to see if I could check in early and she called me back when the room was ready (around 1pm). Very clean. Rooms have a cabin like feel inside them but comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Really don't know why I booked this place, but it was probably because the dog fee is only $14/night and I think the knotty pine made me nostalgic for a bungalow of my childhood. It also came with an "excellent" rating. No idea why. It's old and run down and the rooms are really small. The beds are pretty comfortable and the linens nice, but that's about all I liked. The hallways smelled absolutely awful -- cloyingly sweet, no doubt the cleaner they use. Fortunately the rooms have tile floors, so they didn't stink, and you can open the window. I think I finally learned my lesson about seeking places with low dog fees. This place has seen better days.

The girl who was taking care of the premises was awesome. She helped us with parking as we had a side by side on a trailer. Although the structure somewhat aged there was no sounds coming from other rooms at all! Awesome place and will stay there again and again and again and again!
