Great Location

Clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The hotel is steps away from the Avenir Center, and many restaurants. We've stayed here before, and would stay here again!

The site was excellent and our stay was good but we had a slight mixup with our room that was rectified promptly and we received breakfast vouchers for the mixup. I enjoyed the gym. One thing that we were unhappy with was the other guests and their ability to keep their kids under control. We travelled with teenagers who just wanted to relax and swim in the pool. We couldn’t catch a break as the pool was jam packed with kids around the clock. The teens didn’t get a chance to swim at all. There must have been some sort of sporting event this weekend. Kids were running up and down the halls, lobby, elevators etc the entire time we were there. I was kept awake on the third floor until well past 1:30am due to the noise and chaos from the kids that seemed to be unsupervised entirely. We left tired and frustrated.
